The Shedd Team was founded by Jay & Sheila Shedd in January 2006. A current member of the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors®  and National Association of Realtors® , both Jay & Sheila also earned e-PRO designations. In addition, Sheila Shedd is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), an Accredited Buyers' Representative (ABR) and a Graduate of Realtor® Institute (GRI).

Jay & Sheila were representatives of Keller Williams®  Realty's Agent Leadership Council (ALC) in 2005 & 2006 and Sheila served as the Chairperson for the Advertising & Public Relations Committee.
